The Ultimate model is specifically suited to operations where additional inflation speed, higher output and live pressure readings are required. While the Inflate-X Pro remains a reliable portable solution, the Ultimate is built for facilities that need faster bag inflation, greater pressure control and visible pressure confirmation during loading.

Unlike compressed air line systems, the Inflate-X Ultimate is fully portable and self contained. There are no trailing airline hoses running across the warehouse floor or into containers, significantly reducing trip hazards and improving loading safety. This is particularly important in busy facilities managing palletised manufacturing or heavy export freight.

With its upgraded trigger lock function, operators can inflate multiple dunnage bags consecutively without fatigue. A single charge supports extended use across full container loads, allowing numerous bags to be inflated in one session without interruption. For high throughput operations, this improves loading speed while maintaining consistent pressure control.

An integrated deflation tool also allows controlled air release when unloading or repositioning cargo.
