You can deflate your dunnage bags using two methods:

Method 1: Inflate-X Pro in 'Reverse Mode' - These units offer the fastest deflation process for efficient bag emptying. Simply disconnect the air hose from its standard position and reconnect to the 'Air in' valve located on the unit's side. Method 2: Metal Keys – To easily open the valve (protecting your fingers), insert the metal key into the bag valve and rotate to the 'Open' position for air release (clockwise rotation). Important: Always rotate the valve back to 'Closed' after deflation and before re-inflation to ensure optimal performance.

Both techniques enable effortless bag reuse whilst preserving valve integrity for ongoing use.

Dunnage bag sizing depends on the void space between your cargo and container walls. Accurately measure these gaps and select a dunnage bag capable of filling those voids when correctly inflated. The primary concern is that dunnage bag ratings typically cannot withstand the complete force of substantial load shifts during transport.
